a reporter, a radio and TV hostess, consultant and author of nonfiction. She wrote
numerous articles and two books.
Amy Vanderbilt's Complete Book of Etiquette was published in 1952. It established
Vanderbilt as an American authority on etiquette and has been re-released and updated.
